Coral Reefs Need Clean Water to Survive

We partnered with BBC StoryWorks to tell the stories of three courageous women in Roatan, Honduras, and their efforts to secure clean water for their local reefs and community. Watch the mini-documentary below.

Untreated Wastewater, a Solvable Challenge

Our goal is to raise $250,000 to expand our clean water work...and here's why.

80% of global wastewater enters marine environments untreated, posing one of the biggest threats to coral reefs. We've already lost 14% of these vital ecosystems in just the last decade.

While the scale of the problem may seem daunting, sewage pollution presents one of the most solvable challenges we face—with incredible cascading benefits to everyone.

Give Coral Reefs Clean Water by Helping Us Expand

We're raising $250,000 this summer to connect 800 more homes to proper wastewater facilities and keep 49 million additional gallons of sewage out of the ocean in Roatan.

Contribute to the future of coral reefs by funding our clean water work which gives them the best chance to adapt to climate change.
